Last night we added over a dozen new pedal cars and trucks to the site, and we're very excited since they are beautiful!

For the 2008 Christmas holiday season we will be closed on December 25th and 26th, sitting around the fire having some well-deserved "family-time"!

Be aware that many of our distributors are closed from 24th through to the first week in January, so although you can place orders delivery will be significantly delayed.

To guarantee your order gets there in time for December 25th, please place your orders according to the following schedule:

For delivery to East Coast: place on Dec 15th.
For delivery to Central states: place on Dec 16th.
For delivery to West Coast: place on Dec 17th.

We had some great people link to us this week. We appeared in the Yahoo! directory in the Toys > Cars and Trucks category. And we advertised on Pedal Car News and are pleased with the results. Thanks to Linda and Sno!

Thanks also to all our customers who are treating their lucky kids to some great pedal cars. Fire trucks continue to be popular, as are pedal planes.

So, I've just finalized our new logo with our designer Kemble Hildreth over at www.kaugg.com. As always he did an amazing job.

The logos are shown below, as they progressed. After much thought we picked #4 although I must admit I preferred #5 - but literally *everyone* who saw them picked #4. I know which battles to pick!

Expect the new classic pedal car web site and logo to be appearing in the next few weeks. We are advertising in the Roswell, GA Savvy Shopper magazine as a trial - never done real-world advertising before, so that will be interesting. I'll post about that as it happens.

July 7th 2008: The manufacturer of our 75th Anniversary 1932 Ford Roadster pedal car told us that they have reduced the price by $100 - we've passed on that saving to you bringing your price down from $289 to $189 making it almost the cheapest pedal car we sell!

Please be quick because at this price we're going to get a lot more sales.
